Members organized for a visit at Majimbo Womens prison on 8th March 2018. The visit was meant to mark International Women’s Day and the network wanted to celebrate the women at the prison. A lot of entertainment was offered by the women including: fashion show, dancing and singing. Members of the press were also there to cover the event. Our Director- Ms. Frida Karani read a speech aligned to the day as we also shared a meal with the women and their children.
